Minimum of B.S. degree in Information Technology, in Programming preferably. At least 10 years of IT experience, 5 of which is in academic related field. Proper skills and knowledge of architecture frameworks and methods such as Services Oriented Architecture, IT processes management and Project management experience. Excellent knowledge in IT development tools and latest programming languages, IT Solutions, smart mobile solutions, networking, web-based applications, development and project management. Experienced in Mobile Apps architectures, Portal architectures. Solid knowledge and skills in integrating enterprise application solutions. Solid knowledge and skills in web technology and in web services standards and profiles. Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
