Pharmacy Manager / Store Manager

Pharmacy Manager / Store Manager
Role calls for experienced Pharmacist / Store Manager’s who will be responsible for entire Pharmacy operation and apportioning of medicines in the pharmacy of a leading retail pharmacy group in U.A.E.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the appropriate budgeting, control and security of all drug.
• Directs the maintenance of inventories and stock cotrol of pharmacy.
• Develops a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in controlled substances at the earliest possible time
• Develops SOPs and ensures that the pharmacy operations are fully compliant with the required legal and administrative procedures according to company guidelines, including HIPAA.
• Maintains highest level of customer satisfaction at all times, and resolve any customer service issues.
• Assists supervising staff with the sales, target and hand over capital expenditures in line with standard policies.
• Other duties as delegated by the management.
Qualification Required:
•Bachelor’s in Pharmacy for pharmacy manager.
•A Master’s Degree is preferred for store manager position.
•Pharmacist license – DHA, MOH .
•Nationality – Any
Experience Required:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in retail pharmacy.
•Outstandingly conversant with the principles and procedures of professional pharmacy job.
•Fluency in English is essential. Arabic speaker is preferred.
