Full-time Procurement Required

at Cornerstone in Dubai

Purchase / Procurement

Job Description:
•Client Proposals / Invoices for procurement of furnishings and materials.
•Assisting Project Managers with writing purchase orders.
•Process purchase orders and vendor payments.
•Verifying confirmations / sales orders with PO’s.
•Tracking all orders and maintaining budget.
•Delivery / installation coordination with Project Managers.
•Final reconciliation of procurement.
•Create and maintain highly organized and accurate procurement system.
•Good knowledge and understanding of RFQ or Project Tender make BOQ to send, coordinate and negotiate with the suppliers, make Costing BOQ and Sales Quotation, and other related works.
•Responsible for the purchasing of materials and services and then managing the purchasing process through listing, handling suppliers, documentation, spread sheets, invoicing and procuring.Experience in an Interior Fit-out or Furniture Retailing Company is an advantage

Skills/ Qualification/ Experience:
•3 years of related experience, including demonstrated success in a similar role / position.
•Strong leadership and relationship management / people skills including the ability to demonstrate a cooperative attitude within a team environment.
•Effective written / verbal communication skills.
•Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team setting
•Ability to multi-task and accurately perform a variety of complicated tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritize project work load and time-sensitive tasks, handling complex administrative tasks, multiple deadlines, and client / vendor communications in a project orientated business.
•Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
•Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on projects.
•Highly experienced with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
•Studio Designer software and Photoshop experience a plus.
•Bachelor’s or Professional degree in Management or Accounting (or similar) required.
•Strong bookkeeping/accounting skills a must.
•Possess a high level of personal integrity and the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
•Professional appearance and attitude mandatory.
•Experience working in an Interior Design/Architectural/Construction office a plus.
