Full-time Office Administrator / Document Controller Required

at confidential in Dubai

A leading construction company based in Dubai, specialized in construction works (villas, buildings, factories etc.) is looking for a reliable FEMALE DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR with minimum 2 years’ experience. You will be responsible for Organization, File documentation, Prepares reports, Typing correspondence, Monitors office operations, Maintain updated records, Tracks office supply & site inventory etc.

JOB SKILLS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use computer, rapidly input data, retrieve
    records and information.
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge in use of Microsoft Office
    and selected job specific software.
  • Highly organized ability to organize work load, to manage filing methods, management techniques and flexible.
  • Ability to multitask, to keep clear, accurate records, reports and meet changing deadlines.
  • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with
    limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Graduate.
  • At least 2 – 5 years related work experience in office admin, documentation and control
  • Knowledge of Engineering disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
  • Visit Visa, Tourist Visa and Cancelled Visa are welcome to apply.
