Interesting opportunity as HR Manager in Dubai (male/female) for a German Manufacturer of Cleaning Equipment

For its strongly growing Sales & Service subsidiary in Dubai with currently 60 employees, the company is now recruiting an HR Manager (m/f) in order to further build up state of the art HR processes in the region. This exciting and comprehensive position will comprise the entire HR management cycle (recruitment – development – leadership), helping the organization to achieve its business goals and objectives through modern HR Management instruments. The position holder will manage a team of two people, reporting directly to the MD in Dubai and in a dotted line to the Group VP of Human Resources in Germany.


In order to succeed in this important function you should be highly motivated and target-oriented with a university degree related to HR Management, Law, Business, Psychology or the like. In addition, this challenging position requires at least three to five years of relevant professional experience in the field of human resources in an international environment.

Fluency in English, working experience in the Emirates and with employees in the Middle East are important further requirements for the position. Knowledge of Arabic or German would be a strong additional asset. An international exposure, a thorough process orientation and a highly integrative personality round out the profile of the “perfect candidate”.
